Classes designed to introduce you to the concepts of  T’ai Chi  and its benefits. Based on simple Qi Gong and either a 13 part traditional Sun Style form or a modified Sun style or Sun/Yang style used in Dr Paul Lam’s health programs, these sessions are geared to all ages and ability.

Movements and T’ai Chi forms can be learned by the able-bodied in a conventional standing posture, or by the less able as a seated form.

Recommended for novices prior to  joining a regular class
