Classes designed to introduce you to the concepts of T’ai Chi and its benefits. Based on Dr Paul Lam's 5 element Qi Gong and modified Sun style T'ai Chi for Arthritis or the basic Sun/Yang style used in Dr Lams Diabetes and Osteoporosis programs. These simple sessions are geared to all ages and ability.
Forms can be learned by the able-bodied as a conventional standing form, or by the less able as a seated form.
Recommended for novices prior to joining a regular class
