This session introduces the basic concepts
using  Qi Gong and a Traditional 13 part Sun Form

Intermediate Class   2.30pm

Provides further depth into Sun Form with the addition of the Traditional Sun 42 and 96 part Long forms
Advanced Class   3.30pm

This session includes further depth into the Traditional Sun forms above, and in addition will introduce Yang Style Form & 52 Posture Fan Form
